Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Do you accept custom commissions?
A: Yes, absolutely. Victoria accepts custom orders for personalized portraits (both human and animal), custom academic sculptures, as well as specific Master Copies of your favorite classical paintings. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email to discuss sizes, references, and pricing.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We use Direct Bank Transfer (SEPA/SWIFT) in Euro (€). Once we confirm your order details, we will send a formal PDF Invoice to your email address with all necessary bank credentials.
Q: Is international shipping legal and safe?
A: Yes, completely legal and highly secure. Every artwork, sculpture, and piece of jewellery legally crosses borders. Before shipping, paintings and sculptures undergo a mandatory evaluation by an accredited expert from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation to obtain an official export permit [INDEX]. All items are professionally packed using rigid, multi-layered protective materials, and jewellery is sent via tracked international carrier services.
Q: Why does the reverse side of some canvas boards and sculptural bases look rustic?
A: Most of our paintings are created on canvas board, and our sculptures feature handmade bases. Because all items mature in a natural, climate-influenced studio environment in Siberia, the backing paper on boards or the textures on sculptural bases may have cosmetic watermarks, organic variations, or an aged appearance. This is a normal part of our authentic studio process and does not affect the front painting or the structural integrity of the artwork [INDEX].
Q: Can I order my painting with a frame, and how should I care for sculptures and jewellery?
A: By default, all paintings are shipped unframed to ensure safe and budget-friendly shipping, but custom framing is available upon request. For sculptures, please note they are fragile, intended for indoor display only, and should be kept away from extreme heat. Our jewellery is crafted from raw natural stones and baroque pearls; to maintain its quality, protect it from moisture, perfumes, and sudden impacts.
