1. Payment Information

To ensure a secure and personalized experience for every collector, we handle transactions with individual attention.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Euro (€).
  • Method: Payment is made via Direct Bank Transfer (SEPA/SWIFT).
  • Process:
  1. After you place an order or submit an inquiry, we will verify the shipping costs for your location.
  2. A formal PDF Invoice containing all necessary bank credentials (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC) will be sent directly to your email address.
  3. Once the transfer is completed, please notify us. Your artwork will be prepared for dispatch as soon as the funds are credited to our account.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We take great pride in ensuring that your artwork reaches you safely, regardless of the distance.

  • Origin: All paintings are shipped from Novosibirsk, Russia.
  • Base: Most artworks are created on canvas board (canvas mounted on cardboard).
  • Authenticity & Storage: Please note that due to storage in a natural climate-influenced environment, the reverse side of the board may show some signs of humidity or watermarks. Additionally, the paper backing used to secure the canvas to the board may appear aged or of modest quality. These cosmetic details on the back do not affect the integrity or the visual quality of the painting itself.
  • Framing: By default, paintings are sold unframed to ensure safer and more cost-effective international shipping. However, framing is available upon request. Please contact us before payment to discuss frame options and updated shipping costs.
  • Sculptures: All clay, gypsum and sculptural plasticine sculptures are packed with maximum care using multi-layered protective materials to ensure safe transit. We provide a tracking number for every package so you can follow the journey of your artwork. Please note that custom duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Jewellery: Each piece of handcrafted jewelry is carefully packaged within 2–5 business days and dispatched directly from the artist via tracked international services, with buyers responsible for local customs duties. In the rare event that your item arrives broken, damaged during transit, or with a faulty clasp, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will thoroughly review your case to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund to ensure your unique piece is enjoyed exactly as intended.
  • Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that a sculpture arrives damaged, please take photos of the broken artwork and the packaging immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours. We will offer you a full refund or a custom replacement.
  • Processing Time: Original Artworks: Please allow 7–14 business days for dispatch. Master Copies & Replicas: Please allow 10–20 business days for dispatch.
  • International Delivery: We ship worldwide via Russian Post (International Air Mail) or EMS.
  • Delivery Estimates:
  • Europe: 3–5 weeks.
  • USA & Canada: 4–6 weeks.
  • Asia & Rest of World: 4–8 weeks.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email immediately after your package is dispatched so you can monitor its progress.
  • For custom artwork created from a high-quality photograph, the first round of revisions is entirely free of charge, while any subsequent modifications will incur a fee of €50 per revision.
  • Pursuant to Articles 459 and 493 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the risk of accidental damage to the artwork, sculptures, or jewelry transfers to the buyer only upon actual delivery and receipt of the parcel. In the rare event that your item arrives broken, torn, or with a faulty clasp due to transit issues, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the item. Upon verification under our store policy, the artist will thoroughly review your case to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • If you purchase a ready-made original painting, sculpture and jewellery and are not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and custom-made orders by photo cannot be refunded.

3. Customs and Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply according to their local laws. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
