-The remaining 50% plus international shipping costs must be paid in full upon the completion of the artwork, prior to its dispatch.
-In accordance with Art. 26.1 of the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights," no returns or cancellations are accepted for custom-made or personalized artworks with individually defined characteristics.
3. Materials, Storage & Product Condition
Medium: Most paintings presented in this portfolio are created using professional oil paints on canvas board (canvas mounted on sturdy cardboard).
Storage & Authenticity: Due to the storage of artworks in a natural, climate-influenced environment in Siberia, the reverse side of the canvas board may exhibit minor signs of humidity, watermarks, or discoloration. Additionally, the backing paper used to secure the canvas to the cardboard may appear of modest or aged quality.
Buyer Acceptance: By placing an order, the buyer explicitly acknowledges and accepts that these cosmetic imperfections on the back are a natural result of the artist's authentic studio environment and process. They do not affect the integrity, durability, or visual quality of the front painting.
Color Variance: Actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to individual monitor or mobile screen settings.
Sculpture Ownership & Care Policy: All clay and another sculptural material artworks are fragile and intended for indoor display only. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling, accidental drops, or exposure to extreme temperatures and direct sunlight after delivery. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that sculptural material can soften under intense heat, and proper indoor climate conditions must be maintained to preserve the artwork.
Jewellery Care Policy: Our handcrafted jewellery utilizes natural stones and delicate components. To preserve its visual quality, pieces must be handled with care, kept away from moisture, perfumes, and extreme temperatures. The artist is not liable for structural damage or naturally occurring stone variances that happen after safe delivery due to everyday wear.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
In accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Part IV), the artist retains all exclusive intellectual property rights and copyrights to the artworks, including all reproduction rights.
The purchase of a physical painting transfers ownership of the physical object only. It does not grant the buyer the right to reproduce, digitize, or resell the image for commercial purposes, prints, or merchandise.
5. Invoicing & Payment Terms
Currency: All prices on the website are strictly listed and processed in Euro (€).
Payment Method: Transactions are completed via Direct Bank Transfer (SEPA/SWIFT) to the artist's verified international bank account.
Process: An order is officially confirmed only when a formal PDF Invoice is generated by the artist and sent to the buyer’s verified email address. Payment must be completed within 5 business days from the invoice date.
Taxation: The artist is solely responsible for reporting income and paying taxes in compliance with the tax legislation of the Russian Federation (including self-employment tax regulations).
6. Shipping, Framing & Government Certification
Origin: All packages are professionally packed and dispatched from Novosibirsk, Russia.
Framing: By default, all paintings are sold unframed to ensure the safest and most cost-effective international transit. Custom framing is strictly available upon request and will affect both the final price and shipping fees.
Export Regulations: International shipping is subject to the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Export and Import of Cultural Property." Before dispatch, every artwork (especially Master Copies) must undergo mandatory expert evaluation.
